Understanding our refund terms and conditions for OS-BOOKS products and services
Our Refund Policy
30-Day Refund on Annual Plans: Customers who purchase Starter (₹1,999), Growth (₹3,500), Pro (₹4,500), Pro Plus (₹5,500), or Enterprise (₹12,000) may request a refund within 30 days of purchase if they are not satisfied.
₹200 minimum deduction: All refunds are processed after deducting ₹200 (non-refundable trial / onboarding fee). Refunds cannot be issued for less than this amount.
The ₹200 + GST (₹236) 7-day trial and the ₹500 + GST (₹590) 30-day trial fees are non-refundable. Contact info@os-books.com for refund requests.
Try Before You Buy
Start with a paid trial — ₹200 + GST for 7 days (no upgrade credit) or ₹500 + GST for 30 days. On the 30-day trial, ₹500 is credited toward an annual plan only if you upgrade with at least 7 days remaining.
Our Recommendation: Choose the trial that fits you, then pick an annual plan. If you are not satisfied with an annual plan, you have 30 days to request a refund (minus ₹200).
Request Evaluation Process
While our standard policy is no refunds, we do understand that exceptional circumstances may arise. All refund requests will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis by our management team.
Important Note: Our refund policy is strictly enforced, and we reserve the right to deny any request that does not meet our established criteria. Each case is carefully reviewed to ensure fairness while maintaining the integrity of our business model.
